Why we started
Voltmere began with a simple frustration: getting an electrician shouldn’t take five phone calls, a vague “sometime Tuesday” and a bill that doesn’t match the conversation. So we built the business around the things customers kept asking for: a real arrival window, a fixed price before work starts, and a text when the van is on the way.
How we work
- Windows that mean something. Two hours, confirmed by text, with a heads-up if anything changes.
- Fixed quotes. You approve the price on site before we start. No surprises on the invoice.
- Tested and tidy. Every circuit we touch is tested, and we clean up the dust from every hole we drill.
- Paperwork done. Certificates, smoke alarm records and photos are emailed the same day.
