Fit-outs and refurbishments

We work with builders, project managers and business owners on new tenancies and refurbishments: lighting design and layout, power to workstations and benches, distribution boards, kitchen and coffee machine circuits for hospitality, and signage. We read the drawings early, flag clashes before the ceiling goes in, and hand over with as-built notes and test results.

Maintenance and repairs

Scheduled maintenance keeps small problems small: tightening connections, checking safety switches, replacing failed lights and testing circuits under load. When something fails during trading hours, we prioritise the repair and give you a clear plan, with after-hours work booked when the fix needs the power off.

Emergency and exit lighting

Emergency and exit lights must work when the power goes out. Australian Standard 2293.2 calls for testing every six months, with results recorded in a logbook. We run the discharge tests, replace failed batteries and fittings, update the logbook and send you a report you can show your building manager or fire safety adviser.

Test and tag

We test and tag portable appliances and extension leads to Australian Standard 3760. How often depends on your environment: a building site needs far more frequent testing than a quiet office. We keep the register for you and remind you when the next round is due.

Data and communications cabling

Structured cabling for new offices and moves, comms cabinets and patch panels, Wi-Fi access point drops and CCTV cabling, installed by registered cablers and labelled so your IT provider can find everything.
